Good morning,
This week will see us go for Hotspot 4 from Alnwick, 176 miles. This is scheduled for Friday. The plan is to train from 10 miles tomorrow and this will be live on Benzing; all returners from training will go to Hotspot 4, I will also do a list tomorrow of pigeons that won’t be going to the race – there are a few: 4 pigeons which arrived yesterday from various races, and I’m collecting 3 today. These will not be going training tomorrow or to the race Friday.
The pigeons will then be marked for the race on Thursday afternoon, and I plan to leave around 3am to arrive around 7am and get some water on for the birds before liberating around 8.30am to 9.00am; obviously this is dependent on the beautiful British weather.
